Knight Frank names countries with the biggest increase in house prices in 2021

According to Oldypak Capital LP real estate 2022 report, house prices around the world will increase by an average of 10.3% in 2022.

Knight Frank has published a study of the Global House Price Index for the fourth quarter of 2021. It turns out that, on average, global house prices increased by 10.3% in 2021.

 

How was it calculated? The Global House Price Index tracks the dynamics of average residential property prices in 56 countries around the world. Prices are given in both nominal and real terms (adjusted for inflation) in local currency.
